I started my design career in 2016 as a broadcast designer before transitioning into motion design, where I worked across mobile gaming, consumer apps, and digital products.
Over the years, I developed creative concepts, advertising campaigns, branding systems, and motion-first experiences for both in-house products and external clients.
Today, I work as a Design Team Lead and Art Director, building and scaling high-performing creative teams from the ground up.
I design efficient production pipelines, optimize creative workflows, implement AI-powered processes, and bridge strategy with execution.
My focus is creating systems that enable teams to produce high-quality creative work faster, while maintaining a strong visual standard and delivering measurable business results.
Work Experience
2016 — Present- Completely reorganized the design department, built the infrastructure, and created a comprehensive guideline system and knowledge base from scratch.
- Developed and implemented a new creative production pipeline, significantly increasing the speed of delivery and the quality of assets.
- Founded and currently supervise the AI department: integrated generative neural networks into the workflow to optimize content creation.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to create tools for automating routine design processes.
- Established a strict naming and file storage system, ensuring transparency and order in assets.
- Manage the full cycle of team leadership: sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and employee development.
